About the Festival
​​
The Charm City Burlesque and Variety Festival (CCBVF) runs Friday Oct. 2 through Saturday Oct. 3, 2026 at Baltimore’s Creative Alliance, home to some of Baltimore’s first burlesque and variety shows.
​
Burlesque is many things. It is sexy. It is sly. It is seductive. It shines a light on the morals and foibles of modern life and mocks them openly. In Baltimore, Burlesque is all of those things, and it is also unabashedly weird, strange, dark, funny, and a little bit twisted. Baltimore’s burlesque and variety stages have always welcomed the different and the avant-garde. Baltimore marvels in the filthy, the strange, the strangely beautiful, and the sometimes questionable and it makes it its own. The CCBVF celebrates all.

Friday Oct. 2: Filthy Gorgeous Buy Tickets
The festival kicks off with a celebration of the weird and twisted side of Baltimore with the Filthy Gorgeous Variety show, a celebration of the weird and twisted side of the Baltimore burlesque and variety scene hosted by Diva Darling. This evening features headliner Evil Hate Monkey alongside Fox Martin and Monique Dupree, with stage kittens Mira Sweet and Charlie Lawless assisting throughout.

​​​​​Saturday, Oct. 3: The Tell-Tale Masquerade & The Tell-Tale Masquerade After Show Dark Dance Party Buy Tickets
​
The Tell-Tale Masquerade, where guests are invited to wear their finest attire for a journey into dark and whimsical territory featuring burlesque, belly dance, sideshow, circus, and drag performances. Hosted by Eden, the night features headliner Calamity Chang, performers Meghan Vu and London St. Juniper, and stage kittens Mira Sweet and Charlie Lawless, followed by a post-show dance party with DJ Villainess spinning dark beats and hypnotic rhythms.
